Essential Nutrients ~ Vitamin E

What Does Vitamin E Do?

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help protect our cells from free radicals that can damage cells in the body. Free radicals come from a variety of sources, including pollution and ultraviolet light. Other examples of antioxidants include vitamins A and C.
