Tiffanie was born in Huntington Beach, California and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. With passion and determination, Miss Lin, was able to achieve her degree in 3 years.

Tiffanie is extremely passionate in sharing her wellness journey with others, especially about how practices like Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation have benefited both her physiological and psychological health during difficult times.
She truly believes that the genuine connection (with significant others and oneself) and committing to healthy habits is how one can live purposefully and meaningfully.
